Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Cond

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

Welcome to the Next Level Kids, LLC website. By using this website, submitting an application, or registering for a Next Level Kids program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as applicable.

About Next Level Kids

Next Level Kids, LLC provides educational programs, workshops, events, and experiences designed to help young people develop entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, communication, and practical life skills.

Programs may include Biz Kids Academy, Biz Kids Club, Biz Kids Lab, Biz Kids Markets, online programs, workshops, and other educational opportunities.

Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Enrollment and registration of a minor must be completed or authorized by the child's parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for reviewing program requirements, schedules, policies, and communications.

Educational Programs

Next Level Kids, LLC provides educational experiences intended to develop practical business and life skills.

Participation does not guarantee that a student will start a business, earn income, make sales, achieve a particular financial result, or reach any specific business outcome.

Program results will vary based on participation, effort, age, interests, circumstances, and other factors.

I especially want this paragraph in your terms. You're teaching kids entrepreneurship; you're not promising parents that their child will leave with a profitable company.

Enrollment and Availability

Program enrollment may be subject to availability, age requirements, capacity, payment, application approval, or other program-specific requirements.

Submitting an application does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or placement in a program.

Next Level Kids, LLC reserves the right to establish reasonable enrollment requirements for individual programs.

Tuition and Payments

Program tuition, registration fees, payment deadlines, and accepted payment methods will be disclosed during registration or enrollment.

Payment may be accepted directly or through approved third-party services, including ClassWallet when applicable.

Families using ESA funds are responsible for ensuring that their purchase or enrollment complies with applicable ESA requirements. Approval or reimbursement through an outside program cannot be guaranteed by Next Level Kids, LLC.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and transfer policies may vary by program.

Any program-specific refund or cancellation policy presented during registration or enrollment will apply to that registration.

Next Level Kids, LLC may cancel or reschedule a class, workshop, event, or program when reasonably necessary. When Next Level Kids cancels a paid program, affected families will be informed of available options, which may include rescheduling, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Attendance

Consistent participation is encouraged, particularly for multi-week programs.

Unless otherwise stated, missed classes or activities may not be eligible for make-up sessions, credits, or refunds.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to treat instructors, volunteers, other participants, facilities, customers, and community members respectfully.

Behavior that is unsafe, significantly disruptive, threatening, destructive, or repeatedly interferes with the experience of other participants may result in removal from an activity or program.

Parents or guardians may be contacted when behavioral or safety concerns arise.

Biz Kids Markets and Entrepreneurship Activities

Participation in Biz Kids Markets or other selling opportunities may be subject to separate registration, vendor requirements, event rules, availability, or fees.

Participation in Biz Kids Academy or another Next Level Kids program does not guarantee admission to every market or event unless specifically stated.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising or assisting their children when required by the rules of a particular event.

Online Programs

Online programs may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar educational and communication services.

Families are responsible for appropriate internet access, compatible equipment, and compliance with applicable third-party platform requirements.

Intellectual Property

Next Level Kids curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets, workbooks, activities, graphics, branding, written materials, videos, presentations, and other original educational materials are owned by or licensed to Next Level Kids, LLC unless otherwise stated.

Program materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, publicly distributed, uploaded, republished, or used to teach another program without written permission from Next Level Kids, LLC.

Student Work

Students retain ownership of their own original business ideas, names, products, artwork, and other original creations, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.

Participation in Next Level Kids Academy does not transfer ownership of a student's original business concept to Next Level Kids.

I really like including this one. It reassures parents that you're teaching their child—not claiming ownership over something the child creates.

Photos and Media

Any use of identifiable photographs, video, recordings, testimonials, or student work for promotional purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable permissions and releases.

Safety and Assumption of Risk

Next Level Kids, LLC takes reasonable steps to provide appropriate educational activities and environments. However, participation in in-person activities, markets, workshops, crafts, food-related activities, and other hands-on experiences may involve ordinary risks.

Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing program-specific information and communicating relevant safety concerns, allergies, accessibility needs, or other information necessary for safe participation.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, schedules, instructors, locations, activities, prices, program content, and availability may change.

When appropriate, registered families will be notified of material changes affecting their program.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may link to or use third-party services. Next Level Kids, LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of independent third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Next Level Kids, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting solely from the use of this website or reliance on general information provided through it.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
