Next Level Kids, LLC may accept eligible Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) payments through ClassWallet. Information submitted through ClassWallet is subject to ClassWallet's own privacy practices and terms.

Next Level Kids, LLC does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.

Next Level Kids may photograph or record activities, classes, markets, workshops, or events.

When parental or guardian authorization is required for the use of a child's identifiable photograph, video, or other media, appropriate permission will be obtained separately.

Participation in a program does not automatically grant permission for every use of a child's image unless otherwise stated in an applicable registration form or media release.

We may share information when reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate our programs or business, or when required by law.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
